Senior's Laughter Yoga Feedback
Dear Purnima, On behalf of the organizers and guests at the Brookswood Food and Friends luncheon, I would like to thank you for the excellent laughter yoga presentation you made last Thursday. Your introduction clearly explained the benefits of laughter and gave us some insight into the development of the laughter movement. Your infectious laughter and positive attitude made everyone comfortable enough to drop their inhibitions and enjoy the moment. I’ve included a couple pictures I thought you might enjoy. In the top photo, the two ladies in the centre – one in light blue, the other in green – are in their early nineties. Neither of the two women in the bottom right photo are very mobile but were clearly able to participate and have a good time. Once again, thank you. We look forward to having you back in the spring.
